Additional Content

The calvaria H has been reconstructed in a number of different ways. Vlcek (1993) concluded that Ehringsdorf H is of essentially modern architecture, closer to moderns (and to Steinheim and Swanscombe) than to Neanderthals. However, e.g. Smith (1984) found most similarities with Neanderthals. The cranial capacity was estimated by Olivier and Tissier (1975) with 1450 cc.
